✅ [KAMAL GATTA ] It is also known as driend lotus bead mala because it is made of lotus seeds. It represents the Goddess Laxmi if you want to get more wealth then must perform jap with Kamal Gatta Mala. Like the lotus flower which grows and beautifully blooms in muddy water, the lotus seed symbolizes spiritual growth and the ability to rise above obstacles on the path to spiritual enlightenment. Lotus seed also promotes spiritual and material prosperity.
Rudraksha Mala: It's made with auspicious number of 108+1 bead. The +1 bead is called Sumeru & not supposed to be crossed while chanting mantra. You can use Mala to wear on your body for protection, blessings, good fortune, health well-being, for spiritual evolution. Many people wear the Guru bead at the top of Mala behind the neck to represent Divine or Guru as the state of Awareness. As well, you can use the Mala as it is traditionally for meditation and Japa (chanting mantra repetitively).
✅ [ SADHANA & JAP ] The string made out of lotus seeds is used for Laxmi Jaap. The regular Jaap of "OM LAXMI NAMAY" improves the financial position. This brings all round prosperity and influence. Lakshmi is also called Kamalvaasini - i.e one who sits on a lotus. This is why for the Sadhana and Mantra chanting of Lakshmi we use a special rosary made of seeds of lotus which is called Kamal Gatta Mala.
